Watch Real People Achieve Superhuman Feats

These Superhuman Feats Will Make You Want To Start Training

It's a bird! it's a plane! It's just regular people doing incredible things.

Some people are born with genetic mutations that give them superhuman abilities, like Liam Hoekstra, the boy born with the rare condition myostatin-related muscle hypertrophy. In other words, super strength. At eight months old Liam was already doing pull-ups.

Others train their bodies to do things that other people simply cannot, like Dutchman Wim Hof, or "The Iceman." Hof is able to withstand extremely cold temperatures and holds the Guinness World Record for longest ice bath. He even climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in shorts. He is able to do this by controlling "his inner thermostat" with his mind, an ability that Tibetan monks are also believed to possess.

In the video above, people show off their superhuman abilities and it's blowing our minds.

What's your superhuman ability? Let us know in the comments below.
