Bieber, 21, took to Twitter early Saturday morning to apologize to his fans about the change of plans. The Stratford, Ont. native wrote his cancellation was due to a breach of contract at the hands of the event's promotional team.

According to TMZ, Bieber was expected to show at Beachclub — which also housed Kylie Jenner's 18th birthday bash last weekend — and receive a rumoured six-figure fee through two pay installments. After the money didn't make it to the "As Long As You Love Me" singer's hands, he reportedly pulled the plug on the event.
