LES BERGERONNES, Que. — A seaplane has crashed in a wooded area on Quebec's North Shore.

Quebec provincial police say the Air Saguenay plane went down six kilometres from the community of Bergeronnes.

Police say they were contacted Sunday afternoon and told there were six people on board but there is no confirmation.

They say the wreckage is not accessible by road.
