Calgary police issue arrest warrants for suspects in unlawful confinement

CALGARY — Police have issued arrest warrants for two suspects in the robbery and unlawful confinement of a man in a Calgary home.

Officers called to the city's northeast last week found a partially bound, injured male who had run out of a house.

He was taken to hospital and treated for minor injuries.

Police are searching for Colton Eli King, who is 20, and 33-year-old Michael Warren Stoffels — both of Calgary.

Charges against them include extortion, robbery, assault causing bodily harm and unlawful confinement.

A third man and a female teenager were charged last week.

Police say the man who was robbed exchanged contact information with a teen girl on a bus and later went to the house to meet her.
