The Toronto International Film Festival turns 40 this year, and once again the stars will align on the streets of Toronto.

Johnny Depp, Matt Damon, Jessica Chastain and Natalie Portman will headline the festival to name only a few of the stars that will be walking the red carpet in Toronto.

TIFF began in 1976 with only 10 fims, but now boasts the largest roster of festival films in North America. It's known for screeing future Oscar winners and drawing hundreds of thousands of moviegoers to the theatres.
