Remember when you first got your hands on a pad or tampon and you turned it upside down and inside out to try to figure out how to use it?
Well in the video above, Facts gathers men who pretty much end up doing the exact same thing. In a mini explanatory video about female hygiene products, a couple of men play around with everything from tampons to liners to pads.

And before you go ahead and judge these men, some of them knew exactly how to use a tampon and also how these products can be completely over-priced.
Earlier this year, Buzzfeed had a very similar video, where they asked men to explain how periods worked.
