Customer Returns US$1,300 From Domino's Take-Out, Gets Free Pizza For A Year

"I wanted to keep it, believe me. But I can't, I can't do it," he said.

A California man returned two stacks of cash that came with his take-out order from Domino's. Now, the company is repaying him with a year's worth of free pizza.

Berkeley, Calif. resident Mike Vegas placed his order on Friday and put the food in his refrigerator after eating only one slice of pizza. He went back later for some wings, only to find US$1,300 in cash, according to Eyewitness News.

The Domino's driver was going to deposit the money, which he kept in a take-out box, in the bank after making his last delivery to Vegas' home.

Luckily for the driver, Vegas decided to give the cash back.

"I wanted to keep it, believe me. But I can't, I can't do it," Vegas told Eyewitness News.
