2 men charged with arson in Justice Institute attacks

Two men have been charged in the 2011 series of attacks on victims linked to the Justice Institute of B.C, the province's anti-gang task force has announced.

Fifteen people were targeted by shootings and arsons in 2011, after their personal records were allegedly accessed improperly by an ICBC employee. None were harmed.

The victims had ties to the Justice Institute of B.C., which trains police, paramedics and other first responders.
