#MotivationMonday gets Canadian athletes going

It's everybody's favourite day: Monday.

For many, the start of the traditional work week is a grind. But for Canada's top athletes, #MotivationMonday means one more step in their Olympic quest.

Canadian snowboarder Katie Tsuyuki sweated more on Monday morning than we do in a week:

And Lanni Marchant ran 15K before lunch.

After a loss to Ireland in their opener on Saturday, Rugby Canada is looking ahead to their next match:

Canada's women's wheelchair basketball team punched their ticket to Rio at the Parapan Am Games, so point guard Jamey Jewells' Monday includes preparation… and lots of it.

Team Canada's shooting guard Nik Stauskas' Monday morning included a television appearance to help find a cure for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IBF.)

There's no such thing as an off-season for these athletes. Downhill ski racer Manuel Osborne-Paradis hits the stairs to start off his week while swimmer Benoit Huot stays focused.

Goalball athlete Amy Burk is pushing for everyone's support of the Ontario Goalball Club.
