We don't know whether to scream or be utterly impressed with Promise Tamang's double vision makeup for Halloween.
The YouTube beauty guru, who is famous for transforming herself into different celebrities and fictional characters, released her first official makeup tutorial for Halloween 2015, in which she alters her face into a trippy "double vision" illusion. Successfully reaching all levels of creepiness, Tamang achieves the look only using 11 products, which she lists in her video.
The tutorial kicks off with Promise waving at the camera in her perfectly crafted makeup. And then things get weird -- the makeup artist starts creating secondary brows, smoky eyes and bold red lips on the lower part of her face.
