Drink Up, It's National Coffee Day

Go ahead and have another cup of coffee. You deserve it.

Today marks the day we celebrate that cup of joe, java, your morning jolt. Whatever you may call it, there's no denying that people love their coffee.

Sept. 29 is National Coffee Day. In Canada, we consume an average of 2.8 cups a day, according to the Coffee Association of Canada.

Recent studies suggest coffee can actually be good for you. The caffeine contained in coffee can help fight heart disease, reduce stress, improve your memory and even help fight the common cold.
