Dave Grohl Selling California Beach House At A BIG Loss

He tried to sell it two years ago. He tried to sell it in March. Now he's trying again.

For Dave Grohl, it turns not that not everything could feel this real forever.

The Foo Fighters singer has listed his beach house in Oxnard, Calif. for US$2,995,000, nine years after he bought it for $3,783,500, The Los Angeles Times reported.

He will have lost $788,500 on the house if it sells for its listing price.

The 3,088-square-foot home was built on a site overlooking Mandalay Beach in 2005. It has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, high ceilings and panoramic views of the beach and the ocean.

Every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, while the fourth bedroom also functions as an entertainment area.

There's also a garage that can fit four vehicles.

This isn't the first time that Grohl has tried to rid himself of the home. He listed the beach house two years ago, and then once more in March, said the L.A. Times.

It's one thing to own a nice home. But selling it can be another thing entirely.
