Jose Bautista's home run finished the Blue Jays comeback against the Texas Rangers in the ALDS.

We think this adorable Jays fan might've had something to do with that monstrous three-run shot in the 7th inning.

The little fan, complete with trademark Jose Bautista beard, timed his swing with Jose's home run.

His reaction when he realizes that this ball is outta here is ace.

Toronto sports fans have not known happiness like this in a very long time.
