There never seems to be enough time to get fit, but it turns out, you really can get some exercise in 10 minutes at the office.
In the video above by Allure, personal trainer Kayla Itsines shows us three easy (and we actually mean easy) workouts you can do at work. The best part? They won't make you look ridiculous.
If your office has a gym, you're in luck, but if it doesn't, Itsines suggests using a larger space like a meeting room or kitchen space — just make sure it's not during the lunch hour.
And besides working your arms and core, a good stretch can also go a long way at the office. If you have a desk job that requires you to sit all day (which we know is not doing your health any favours), try wall slides or even slider reverse lunges.
