Kylo Ren, Villain In 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens,' Inspires Terror With Single Word

The new "Star Wars" villain can inspire terror with a single word.

You only hear Kylo Ren speak a single word in the latest teaser for "Star Wars: The Force Awakens."

But even a simple "yes" is enough to inspire terror when it comes out of this baddie's mouth.

Kylo Ren, who is played by "Girls" star Adam Driver, receives a little more exposure in the teaser released on the "Star Wars" Facebook page Thursday.

What we know of Ren so far is that he's a "dark warrior strong with the Force" who fights for the First Order, a menacing power that arises decades after the Battle of Endor.

Ren commands the order's missions "with a temper as fiery as his unconventional lightsaber."

The lightsaber, which was revealed to us in the very first "Force Awakens" teaser last year, has red light and a guard just above where the warrior holds it.

We previously saw him apparently speaking with the melted helmet of Darth Vader, the villain from "Star Wars" episodes IV, V and VI.

In the new teaser, we can hear Ren speaking with an unidentified voice, who we presume to be Supreme Leader Snoke (Andy Serkis), his superior in the First Order.

We also see him facing off with young heroine Rey (Daisy Ridley), lifting his saber to her face.

And ... well, that's about it. But do you really want to know more before the movie sees its release on Dec. 18?
