New season, new 'do!

Josh Donaldson ditched his man bun for a fresh new hairstyle: a Viking-inspired man braid.

The Blue Jays third baseman showed off his new style on Twitter, captioning the photo, "New hairstyle for this coming up season!! ☔️☔️."

The American League MVP told previously told Sports Illustrated he was planning on rocking this new look in 2016, which was inspired by the television series, "Vikings."

However, it seems as though former teammates LaTroy Hawkins and Steven Tolleson aren't big fans of the change.
