For the casting of the lead role in his latest music video, The Weeknd sure didn't have to look far.
The Toronto-based artist enlisted girlfriend Bella Hadid to star in his "In The Night," music video as a sexy femme fatale. Shot in Brooklyn by director duo BRTHR, the six-minute short, which gives us all kinds of Michael Jackson vibes, sees the 19-year-old being asked, "are you afraid?" to which she proves that she most definitely is not.
Wearing a red leather jacket and one-piece, along with studded Alexander Wang creepers (as spotted by Fashionista), the model is out to get her revenge on the strip club bad guys, all while rescuing her bae, The Weeknd (A.K.A. Abel Tesfaye), who is being held at gun point. Now that's true love.
Making their relationship official during New York Fashion Week back in September, the Canadian Grammy-nominated hitmaker and the up-and-coming supermodel are proving to be fashion's latest and greatest power couple with Hadid walking runways for the likes of Chanel and Abel collaborating with designer, Alexander Wang.
