We all know cats are curious creatures and that can sometimes land them in a little hot water.

In the infographic below, ForRent.com shares tips to make your high-rise home more cat-friendly, like how to keep them away from windows.

Contrary to popular belief, cats don't always land on their feet. But the higher up you are, the better it may be. Falling from distances higher than seven stories gives felines more time to adjust their bodies so they can land on their feet.

Fortunately, cats have a 90 per cent chance of survival from falls, as long as they receive immediate medical attention.
