Derek Zoolander (a.k.a. Ben Stiller) Lands February Vogue Cover Alongside Penélope Cruz

"One cover, five syllables."

Derek Zoolander, so hot right now.

On the verge of the highly-anticipated "Zoolander 2" release, the infamous Merman (a.k.a. Ben Stiller) stars alongside "femme fatale" Penélope Cruz on Vogue's February issue, a 15-year dream in the making for the "really, really, ridiculously good looking" model.

Shot by famed photographer Annie Leibovitz, Zoolander strikes his best "blue steel" on the mag's cover, wearing a bird print, navy blue Dolce & Gabbana suit. Cruz stuns in a matching blue Ralph Lauren collection dress and Chopard earrings. The 41-year-old Spanish actress, who has her arm draped around the legendary model, sports a highlighted blowout, as Derek dons his iconic spiked 'do.

Inside the American glossy, Cruz and Zoolander re-create iconic fashion shoots alongside supermodels Gigi Hadid, Joan Smalls and Jourdan Dunn. Even acclaimed designer Alexander Wang makes an appearance, hemming the VH1's three-time Male Model of the Year winner's pants in one shot. Of course, the founder of "Derek Zoolander Centre for Kids Who Can't Read Good and Who Wanna Learn to Do Other Stuff Good Too," strikes his most iconic looks, "magnum" and "le tigre" in the Hansel-less images.

This cover comes after Stiller landed a spot on Valentino's fall 2016 runway during Paris Fashion Week in October alongside co-star, Owen Wilson, to make the grand announcement that the dynamic duo were back. For the film, the 50-year-old actor says he was able to score nearly every fashion icon he wanted to make an appearance, except for one very important man.

"Karl Lagerfeld," Ben Stiller tells Vogue writer Jason Gay. "We didn’t get Karl Lagerfeld. I would have liked to get Karl. I came close."
