Mariah Carey is off the market!
The 45-year-old is now engaged to Australian billionaire James Packer, according to E! News.
Carey's now-fiancé proposed Thursday in New York with an impressive 35-carat diamond ring, the site reports.
The two haven't yet set a date for the wedding.
Packer, 48, is the fifth-richest person in Australia, according to the Forbes billionaires list.
He's worth about US$3.5 billion and owns Crown Resorts, an Australian entertainment group.
In an interview with Steve Harvey in November, Carey said she and Packer hit it off right away.
"We first met in Aspen," she said.
"We were at the 'Hercules' premiere. We were talking and laughing and people were getting mad at us and stuff like that."
This is the third marriage for both of them. Previously, Carey was married to comedian Nick Cannon from 2008 to 2015.
