Canadian Model Winnie Harlow Stars In Sprite's Latest Telelvision Ad

The girl knows how to quench our thirst.

Canadian supermodel, Winnie Harlow, is making a splash with her new modelling gig.

The Toronto-based beauty, who was diagnosed with vitiligo, an incurable skin pigmentation disease that causes colourless patches to develop on the body, at the age of four, is flaunting her diverse look in the latest television commercial for Sprite, which also features restaurateur and TV food personality Eddie Huang.

On Instagram, the soda company described the model, born Chantelle Brown-Young, as a "dream chaser and groundbreaker," who "defined herself before giving others the chance." In another post, Sprite writes, "Winnie Harlow doesn't need anyone telling her who she is. She shows up and shows out on her own terms."

In the commercial, which features music from up-and-coming artist, Kehlani, the 21-year-old former America's Next Top Model contestant confidently proclaims to a room, "I am Winnie. Chantelle Winnie" with a Sprite in hand. Wearing a leather skirt and a black top with shoulder cut-outs, Harlow looks like she's having all kinds of fun and being herself.

The social media queen, who has one million followers on Instagram, was quick to share the campaign, which is being praised for its diversity by fans on Twitter. And let's just say the fans absolutely loved seeing the model on their television sets:
