Jerry Hall Looks Stunning In Vivienne Westwood Wedding Dress As She Marries Rupert Murdoch

She definitely capitalized on the "something blue" tradition.

For many brides on their wedding day, donning "something blue" is custom. It stands for love, purity and fidelity. And when Jerry Hall married Rupert Murdoch in a ceremony held at St. Brides Church in London on Saturday, the former supermodel made sure she had the tradition locked down.

Sporting a pale blue chiffon and silk gown designed by good friend, Vivienne Westwood, the 59-year-old mother of four looked stunning in long-sleeves and metallic jeweled flats. The tea-length dress, which was worn with a short veil, was indeed non-traditional, but looked chic and elegant next to Murdoch's navy blue ensemble.

Hall, who was formerly married to Rolling Stone's legend, Mick Jagger, welcomed her daughters Elizabeth and Georgia May as her bridesmaids, along with the 84-year-old media mogul's daughters, Grace and Chloe. The wedding party also wore silky sky blue Vivienne Westwood frocks that sat beautifully on their shoulders and gathered near the knee to reveal their tied-up Aquazzura heels.

Wedding guests included Bob Geldof, Andrew Lloyd Webber and Michael Caine.

Rupert went on to tweet he was the "happiest man in the world," adding this would be his last tweet for "ten days or ever!":

Jagger and Murdoch began dating last summer and announced their engagement in January.
