Kate Middleton just proved grey doesn't have to be boring.
The Duchess of Cambridge attended Commonwealth Observance Day service at Westminster Abbey on Monday wearing a head-to-toe grey ensemble, which is much different than her usual colourful garb.
The 34-year-old mother-of-two's monochromatic outfit consisted of a grey Erdem coat, an oversized grey hat by John Boyd and a matching Emmy London clutch and Rupert Sanderson pumps. She even pulled off the makeup trend of the moment, matching her eyeshadow to her clothing.
Joining Catherine at the service was husband Prince William and brother-in-law Prince Harry, who both wore navy suits and white shirts. Will opted for a burgundy tie, while Harry went for blue.
Over the weekend, Kate stepped out in a Jackie O-esque ensemble: a two-piece skirt suit featuring a gingham print. The Eponine suit was also a refreshing change from the Duchess' more muted garb.
We're loving these fresh new looks, Kate!
