Ottawa Senators owner Eugene Melnyk says "nobody is safe" after the team's disappointing season.
The Senators will likely miss the playoffs and Melnyk says they can't survive if they aren't playing in the post-season.
He says keeping the status quo would just lead to similar results next season.
He says "every single aspect" of the organization will come under scrutiny.
Everyone from players to trainers to coaches to the front office will be under the microscope, according to Melnyk.
