CALGARY — A judge has acquitted a Calgary man accused of molesting a four-year-old girl at a day home.
Christopher Colbourne, who is 41, had been charged with sexual touching and sexual interference sometime between September 2014 and February 2015.
Police charged Colbourne last April after the girl told her parents that she was assaulted while at the day home.
Colbourne's lawyer said the right decision was made.
He said the judge had a difficult task, given the complainant was so young.
The private day home is no longer in business.
