The grass is turning green again and the flowers are about to bloom, and your spring allergies are already becoming a nuisance.
For one in six Canadians, the arrival of spring also signals the arrival of seasonal allergies, the CBC reports.
Mimicking the same symptoms as a common cold, hay fever (a type of seasonal allergy) can leave you with a runny and stuffed nose, itchy and watery eyes, sneezing, and even a sore throat.
