The grass is turning green again and the flowers are about to bloom, and your spring allergies are already becoming a nuisance.

For one in six Canadians, the arrival of spring also signals the arrival of seasonal allergies, the CBC reports.

Mimicking the same symptoms as a common cold, hay fever (a type of seasonal allergy) can leave you with a runny and stuffed nose, itchy and watery eyes, sneezing, and even a sore throat.

To get relief, you could reach for an antihistamine or you can try to treat it naturally. In the video above, the cast of "The Doctors" share five all-natural remedies for soothing sore throats, clearing congestion and reducing inflammation.
