Susan Sarandon is going to be a grandmother again! On Tuesday, the 69-year-old actress revealed on Twitter that her daughter Eva Amurri Martino is expecting her second child.

Sarandon’s tweet came after her daughter announced the pregnancy news on her blog, Happily Eva After.

“It is with so much joy, crazy excitement, and immense gratitude that Kyle, Marlowe and I would like to announce we are expecting a new addition to our family this Fall! We feel so lucky to be celebrating this special gift,” Amurri Martino wrote.

“Aaaaand, because we have no patience and don't expect you to either, we would also like to tell you that we are expecting A BABY BOY!!!”

The 31-year-old actress welcomed her first child, Marlowe Mae, with husband Kyle Martino in August 2014. A year later, Amurri Martino revealed that she had suffered a miscarriage at nine weeks pregnant.

“What I don’t have, and what I never will have, is this one little angel who has slipped away from me,” the mom wrote on her blog. “And while it will take time for me to make peace with that fact, it gives me a lot of solace knowing that I told– that I have shared its existence with you, that it mattered, and that we loved it. And that will have to do.”

Amurri Martino’s pregnancy news comes just eight months after her loss, and she and her husband couldn’t be happier. “Kyle and I can’t wait to watch what a funny and loving Big Sister Marlowe will be, and we are cherishing our last months with her as the sole center of our Universe,” the actress said.

Amurri Martino is the daughter of Sarandon and film director Franco Amurri. Before becoming a grandmother for the first time, Sarandon admitted to Elle that she was looking forward to spoiling her future grandkids.

“I asked my youngest when he was really young ‘What is a grandma supposed to do?’ He said ‘they're supposed to spoil us.’ I think that is a very good direction,” the star said.

Clearly Sarandon is the best grandmother a kid could have.

Honey came to give some healing snuggles 😊❤️ (Also, yes. Yes my child is the size of a three year old.😵)
