Let's be honest, as much as we preach not wearing makeup to the gym, it can be pretty hard to go without it.
Whether it's because you're coming straight from work, doing a quick lunchtime workout or are very likely to bump into someone you know, going completely bare-faced while training isn't ideal for many of us.
So what's a girl or guy to do? Opt for a makeup routine that's sweat-proof and gym-appropriate.
Adrianne Ho, Canadian model and blogger behind sweatthestyle.com, relies on an easy makeup routine that'll survive a tough workout and get you through the rest of your day.
"Because I'm active all the time and always working out, it's kinda hard to just change your whole routine [just] because you're going to work out," Ho told HuffPost Canada Style while visiting Toronto for the launch of her swimwear collection with Simons. "I feel like you're doing something that's fun for yourself...you still wanna look good!"
She suggests opting for products that won't rub around or move too much on your face, like lip and cheek tints, along with basics like clear mascara and a bit of concealer, so you won't look overly done up.
Adrianne also says she prefers using organic products, so if it does absorb in her face and body, it's "not so bad."
