Kitsilano stabbing sends 2 to hospital, while 2 others arrested

Two men were taken to hospital and two others were arrested after a fight outside a Kitsilano bar Friday night.

Vancouver police say they were called to fight outside the Bimini pub on West 4th Avenue just after 11 p.m. PT where officers found two men who had been stabbed.

Both were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening stab injuries.

A pair of other men were taken into custody. It's not yet clear what charges they will face, if any.

Police say they believe those involved have gang connections and the VPD's gang crime unit is now investigating.
