The Best Stretch For Lower Back Pain

All you need is a chair and a couple of seconds.

Forget that pain in your butt — if you're like 85 per cent of working Canadians you're more likely to be experiencing pain in your back.

According to the Canadian Chiropractic Association 75 per cent of workers who sit for the majority of their day will suffer from back pain, and others may experience lower back pain due to excess body weight putting strain on their spine and joints.

Regardless of what is causing your back pain, the method for relief is the same — stretch! In the video above, physical therapist Diana Zotos Florio shares a simple stretch that can relieve lower back pain.
