If you tend to nod off by 10 p.m. but don’t want to be a killjoy when you’re out partying with the boys, this list is for you. Presented in partnership with Schick Hydro, here are some tips that will help you feel energized all night long, even if you’re an early bird who rarely stays out late.

Take a disco nap

The cool kids hit the club at 1 a.m. so this means you have plenty of time to hit the sack at 8 p.m. and wake up at 11 p.m. Those three hours will save you later.

Take a short, brisk walk before you hail a cab

Before you leave your bachelor pad to hit the club, go for a 10-minute walk outside. This little jaunt should give you an energy boost you need for a night of celebration.

Pack a snack

If you’re being proactive about staying awake for a night out, snack on foods that are known to boost your energy levels. (Also, this gives us an excuse to snack on yummy foods! Score!)

Caffeinate the smart all-nighter way

Downing a cup of coffee before you go out isn’t the best way to stay awake. Instead, try sipping your caffeinated drink throughout the night as one jolt of caffeine won’t last you the whole evening.

Monitor how much you drink

Everyone likes to go out and drink with their buddies, but on those nights it’s important to play it safe and take it slow.

No matter how late you stay out, using Schick Hydro will improve your morning routine.
