The Olympics create many moments forever imprinted in our memories, especially when an athlete wins gold for Canada. But what happens to those athletes after the medals are given out and the games come to an end?

We caught up with some of our country's most memorable gold medallists nearly 30 years after their victories. What amazed us the most was how they've barely aged. Fitness is obviously the fountain of youth!
