CALGARY — Police are looking for a suspect and a motive after what they say was a targeted stabbing in a Calgary home that left a man and a woman with serious injuries.
Two other adults and three children in the home at the time were not hurt when the assault happened early Monday morning in a northeast neighbourhood.
The people who were stabbed were taken to hospital in life-threatening condition.
They have since been upgraded to stable.
Investigators say they are searching for Qisong Zhou, a 50-year-old man who is known to the alleged victims.
Neighbours say three generations of family members lived in the home, but kept mostly to themselves because of a language barrier. (CHQR, CTV Calgary)
