On Sunday, Beyoncé won for bringing the cutest date to the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs): her daughter Blue Ivy.
Decked out in coordinated ensembles, the mother-daughter duo was a stunning pair as they walked the red carpet and posed for photos. However, amid the media’s excitement over the pair’s arrival, Blue Ivy looked far from impressed.
In fact, Blue seemed to pull a total four-year-old move when she faces the screams and flashes from the cameras.
While we can’t hear the exchanged between the duo, Blue’s hand gestures and expression say it all. And who can blame her?!?!
Like a total pro, Beyoncé swiftly escorted her daughter off the red carpet before returning solo for more photos.
While Blue’s red carpet appearance was quick, it was enough time for the internet to fawn over the preschooler and her superstar mom.
This isn’t the first time Blue has stolen the show at the MTV VMAs. Back in 2014, the then two-year-old helped her dad Jay Z present the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award to her mother.
At the show, Blue was also spotted dancing during Beyoncé’s performance – to Jay Z’s surprise!
The MTV VMAs have always been a special event for Beyoncé and her family. After all, it was where the 34-year-old star first announced her pregnancy back in 2011, following her performance of “Love On Top.”
