Vegetarianism has come a long way in the past decade. According to the Vancouver Humane Society, 33 per cent of Canadians (nearly 12 million people) either identify as vegetarian or say they are eating less meat.
And finally, restaurants all over the world are getting on board with the movement. Of course, some are better than others.
