Townshippers' Day festival marks 37th year

A day filled with music, dance, art and food from across the Quebec's Eastern Townships marked the 37th annual edition of the Townshippers' Day festival.

This year's event took place at the Brome fairground, where people of all ages took to celebrating English-speaking culture and heritage.

For more than three decades the community — consisting of approximately 46,000 native English-speaking inhabitants — has gathered to celebrate their vitality and creativity through Townshippers' Day.
