UPDATE: Mia Farrow's son died as a result of a self-inflicted gun shot wound, People magazine has confirmed with the Connecticut Office of Chief Medical Examiner.

Actress Mia Farrow has tragically lost her 27-year-old son, Thaddeus. People magazine has confirmed he was found in his car on Wednesday in Connecticut.
