Victoria Beckham Eats Salmon Every Day For Perfect Skin

And she eats it for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Fish lovers, take note, there's one species in particular that will give you flawless skin, at least according to Victoria Beckham.

The 42-year-old fashion designer revealed eating salmon every day is the secret to her perfect complexion.

"I used to have really problematic skin and [dermatologist Dr. Harold Lancer] said to me, 'You have to eat salmon every single day.' I said, Really, every day?' And he said, 'Yes; breakfast, lunch or dinner, you have to eat it every single day,'" Beckham said in a new interview with The Edit.

According to Harper's Bazaar, there's truth behind this extreme advice. Salmon is full of omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins A and C, all of which provide anti-inflammatory and moisturizing benefits. It's also been proven to protect against acne all together.

Of course, eating salmon every day isn't the only thing Beckham does to keep her skin healthy — she also makes sure to "wear sunscreen ... drink lots of water ... cleanse, tone, moisturize; take vitamins [and] make sure [she's] eating the right food," especially "good fats" like avocados, nuts and seeds.

Seems a lot simpler than sheep placenta and gold flake facials, no?
