Blue Ivy And Other Celebrity Kids Who Win For Cutest Halloween Costumes

Neil Patrick Harris and his family weren’t the only ones to get into the Halloween spirit this year! On Oct. 31, Beyoncé, Jay Z and their daughter Blue Ivy also celebrated the holiday dressed as an oh-so-stylish Barbie, Ken and a mini Barbie doll.
