If you're driving through Whitecourt, Alta. in the next little while, make sure you down a lot of coffee. You'll need an excuse to stop.
The Whitecourt Esso Super Station has just won the title of Canada's best restroom, an annual Cintas Canada competition.
The clean, bright loo with its glossy countertops and modern tiling beat out two other bathrooms in Calgary, one in Montreal and one in Winnipeg.

“Customers appreciate that they can count on us for a clean place to stop and use the washroom, which is why we pride ourselves on the elegance and maintenance of our facility," Super Station owner Landon Hommy said in a press release.
The five finalists were picked based on elements like cleanliness, visual appeal and unique design elements.
But this isn't the first time that an Alberta gas station has won the title. The Shell Super Station in the tiny town of Valleyview was crowned the top restroom in Canada in 2013.
