The Calgary Police Service has teamed up with emergency crews and Alberta Health Services to put together the most chilling challenge we've seen – and it's driving home an important message.
In the short clip posted to Facebook, the camera pans through what appears to be the scene of a traffic accident, with crash victims, officers, paramedics and crushed vehicles.
A series of text messages are shown coming from a phone inside one of the crash vehicles. A panicked friend is asking the victim where they are.
It's a life-saving reminder that distracted driving is very dangerous and must be taken seriously.
