Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey's account briefly disappeared on Tuesday after it was mistakenly suspended by his company.

His account was quickly brought back online, but his follower count dropped dramatically from nearly four million to around 150.
Dorsey acknowledged the error with a joke, tweeting "just setting up my twttr...again," referencing the first tweet ever sent on the social platform, by him, 10 years ago. He added that his account's suspension "was an internal mistake."

It's been a rough week for Twitter. On Thursday, Dorsey apologized after the site accidentally promoted a neo-Nazi tweet. The company has been attempting to crack down on hate speech on its platform.
