Alyson Schafer Advice: How To Get Your Kid On An Eating Schedule

Sometimes parents worry that their toddler isn’t getting enough nutrition because he or she eats very little. But parenting expert Alyson Schafer says that’s nothing to worry about.

“Our body is made up of drives that if we’re tired and need sleep, our body makes us sleepy, and if we need nutrition, our body will create hunger so we seek out food,” she explains.

In the video above, Schafer explains why having a consistent eating schedule is so important, and shares ways parents can get kids more engaged with their food.
