Beaver Causes 'Prop Destruction' At Maryland Dollar Store

A hero rises.

Turns out beavers despise holiday shopping just like us.

The St. Mary's County Sheriff's office tweeted photos of one particularly grumpy beaver who entered a store in Charlotte Hall, Maryland on Wednesday.

The beaver was apparently checking out some fake Christmas trees and other festive decorations at the dollar store, according to WJLA. Police were called after it caused some "prop destruction" in the store, a symptom of Christmas Shopping Rage Syndrome.

When Cpl. Yingling arrived at the store, the beaver β€” presumably high off his gloriously righteous vandalism β€” made a run for it.

The furry machine of destruction was eventually caught by animal control and handed over to a wildlife rehabilitator.

Good luck trying to rehabiliate this holiday rage rodent. Once the hatred of Christmas shopping consumes you, it becomes you.
