Twenty-five students were in a school bus when it slid off on a highway in the north Interlake and rolled onto its side Saturday afternoon.
One adult and one youth were taken to hospital by air ambulance with non- life threatening injuries, RCMP said. Both are now in stable condition.
A spokesperson for STARS Air Ambulance said the service was dispatched but did not transport anyone because no one was in critical condition.
The bus was heading north on PR 234 about two kilometres south of Pine Dock around 1 p.m.
Icy roads are believed to be a factor, alcohol is not.
The students ranged in age from 12 to 15 and were from the Frontier School Division.
