Good news for all the book nerds out there: Marley Dias, the tween who created #1000BlackGirlBooks, will be releasing her very own book in spring 2018, Scholastic announced on Thursday.
"In her forthcoming nonfiction book for ages 10 and up, Marley Dias... shows kids how to make their own dreams come true," the release stated. "In this accessible 'keep-it-real' guide, Marley tells how she’s turned her passion into a literacy crusade that has captured the attention of the media, policymakers, and young people throughout the world."
Last year, the then 11-year-old made international headlines after she decided to start a book drive aiming to collect stories with black girl protagonists.
"I told [my mom] I was sick of reading about white boys and dogs," Dias boldly told Philly Voice in early 2016.
The young writer has collected more than 8,000 books to date, according to The Cut.
The probable future POTUS' book will also touch on activism, social justice, equality and inclusion.
