Anderson Cooper Burns Trump Defender Jeff Lord With Poop Comment

American politics is a bit of a sh*tstorm lately. And it appears Anderson Cooper is just done with it all.

That became all too apparent when the CNN host engaged in a battle of words with conservative political commentator Jeffrey Lord on Friday night. Cooper was visibly frustrated when Lord defended U.S. President Donald Trump's recently revealed remark to a Russian diplomat calling ex-FBI director James Comey a "nut job."

Lord said a president can say whatever he wants. And Cooper, well, he didn't agree.

"If he took a dump on his desk, you'd defend him," the host shot back.
