Abigail Byle (BA, MA) is a lifelong human rights and environmental activist from Hamilton, Ont., now living in Winnipeg.

She writes primarily about social and political issues, including education, poverty, gender, and race. She’s written for the CBC, the Feminist Current, and Teaching Life, and she has an article on the Canadian child welfare system and the MMIWG forthcoming in Herizons in spring.
