Althia Raj is HuffPost Canada's Ottawa bureau chief. She manages the Ottawa and Quebec City bureaus, and hosts and produces "Follow-Up," a HuffPost Canada Politics podcast.

Before joining HuffPost in 2011, Althia worked as a national political reporter for Postmedia News. She has covered Parliament Hill on and off since 2006, writing for Sun Media, and producing for CTV and for CBC Radio's "The House." 

She is a regular "At Issue" panelist on CBC TV's "The National" on Thursdays and can be seen and heard on various CBC and CPAC programs, in French and in English, throughout the week.
